At 360Katalyst, we believe you should have control over your personal data. Whether you submitted a lead form on our website or interacted with Agent Kellie via WhatsApp, you can request that we remove your information from our systems.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@360katalyst.com.
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- In the body of the email, please provide the name, email address, or phone number you used when interacting with our services.
What Happens Next?
- Verification: We will confirm your identity via return email or text.
- Processing: Once verified, we will remove your lead records from our R2/KV storage and delete any conversation history associated with your phone number/session.
- Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete (typically within 30 days).
Partial Retention
Please note that we may retain certain records where required by law (e.g., for financial audits if you have engaged in paid services) or for legitimate business security purposes (e.g., internal logs for fraud prevention). In such cases, your personal identifiers will be minimized.
